PINEAPPLE DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. undrained crushed pineapple
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. each seedless raisins and chopped nuts

Cream butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in pineapple, sifted dry ingredients, raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Makes 54.
