UNSTUFFED CABBAGE 
1 sm. cabbage
1 sm onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can water

Chop cabbage into large pieces. Place in bottom of greased baking pan. Brown meat and onion; pour off fat. Stir in raw rice. Place mixture on top of cabbage. Cover all with mixed soup and water. Bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour.
