UNSTUFFED CABBAGE 
1 med. cabbage, cut fine
2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 onion
1 1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked

SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 soup can water

Grease 9"x13" baking pan. Fry cabbage in butter. Lay some cabbage in pan to cover bottom. Fry ground meat and onions. Layer over cabbage, salt and pepper. Sprinkle rice over meat. Pour 1/2 sauce over rice. Add rest of cabbage, sauce and salt and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
