UNSTUFFED CABBAGE 
1 sm. cabbage
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 egg
1 c. rice
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt

Wash cabbage and drain. Put cabbage into electric fry pan. Spoon tomatoes over cabbage, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Combine meat, egg, rice and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix together well and make meatballs approximately 1 inch in size. Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in bowl and stir. Put meatballs on cabbage, pour sauce over meatballs. Cook for 1 hour.
