UNSTUFFED CABBAGE 
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
2 cans chunky tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 head cabbage
1 c. long grain rice

Brown ground beef and onion. Add all ingredients except cabbage and rice. Bring to slow boil. Slice cabbage. Add cabbage and rice. Simmer 30 minutes.
