UNSTUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules

Shred cabbage and place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Brown hamburger with onion. Stir in rice. Place meat/rice mixture on cabbage. Mix tomato soup and water. Add bouillon and pour over mixture in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours.
