QUICK CRAB BAKE 
2 1/4 c. uncooked seashell macaroni
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 chopped green onion
1/2 chopped fresh parsley
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
2 med. tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey or Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni, omitting salt. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, green onions and parsley. Mix well. Layer half each of macaroni, cheese and crabmeat in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish, repeat procedure and top with tomato slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Serves 4.
