1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Kemp crab delites flakes, thawed 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain. Prepare white sauce by combining ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Increase to medium- high and stir constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat. In a 1 quart casserole dish sprayed with Pam, combine sauce, macaroni and crab flakes. Season to taste. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Serves 3 to 4.
