CRAB BAKE 
2 1/4 c. macaroni
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 tomatoes

Cook the macaroni. Combine all the other ingredients except the crabmeat and tomatoes. Alternate layers of the macaroni, cheese mixture, and crabmeat in a large greased baking dish. Slice the tomatoes and place them on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
