CRANBERRY - ORANGE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops (1/2 - 3/4 inch thick)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. orange juice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove chops to a shallow baking dish. Pour off fat from skillet.

Combine cranberry sauce and orange juice in the hot skillet and stir well. Pour over chops. Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
