TWICE BAKED MASHED POTATOES | |
6 med. size potatoes 1 c. sour cream 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 c. butter Paprika Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in salted water, drain and mash. Mix cream cheese with sour cream and add to mashed potatoes. Put into a 2 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. These can be made ahead of time and refrigerated, but must bake for 1 hour. |
