TWICE-BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes, cooked & mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
Garlic salt or salt & pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese (on top)

Add ingredients to cooked and mashed potatoes. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and cheese melts. Use 2 quart casserole.
