TWICE - BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. snipped chives
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes until done. Cut open, slice from top. Spoon out insides into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese. Beat until smooth. Spoon back into shells of potato skin. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings.
