TWICE BAKED POTATOES | |
4 lbs. mashed potatoes (plain) 1 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt Mix above ingredients and place in greased baking dish. Bake until heated well, add shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake until melted approximately 10 minutes. May be mixed the night before. |
