CHICKEN CRESCENTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
Seasoned croutons, crushed

Combine 2 tablespoons cream cheese with salt, pepper, milk, onion, and pimento, and mix well by hand; add chicken and mix again. Open crescent rolls leaving two together to form a square. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the four squares. Fold the roll over the chicken mixture, pinching seams together well. Press into crushed seasoned croutons and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
