SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. allspice or nutmeg
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. light cream

Mix first 9 ingredients together in bowl. Shape into small meat balls. Brown meat balls in skillet and remove. Add flour to drippings. Stir to smooth paste. Add water and cream and cook, stirring until thickened. Return meat balls to sauce; heat to serving temperature. Serves 6.
