DEVILED EGG DIP 
8 hard cooked eggs, chopped
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. chopped tomato
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 lg. head green cabbage (opt.)

Combine eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, milk, tomato, onion, red pepper and salt until well blended. Hollow out inside of cabbage to create a bowl for the dip. Serve with potato chips.
