EGG DIP 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper

In medium pan, mix eggs, sugar, vinegar and water until thick. Grate onion and green pepper. In medium bowl, mix onion and green pepper with cream cheese. Blend cream cheese, onion, and green pepper with cooked egg mixture. Refrigerate and serve when chilled.
