EGG DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 hard cooked eggs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. season salt

Soften cream cheese in bowl. Add 4 hard cooked eggs shredded (through cheese shredder). Mix in 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon season salt. Serve with chips or crackers or can be used as sandwich spread.

Also great to use after Easter with all those hard boiled eggs.
