LITE WHIPPED CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. Jello cheesecake mix (use envelopes - reserve graham crumbs for another use)
3 c. milk (skim or other)
8 oz. cream cheese (lite or reg.)

Beat all of above together.

Fold in:

Line springform pan with split unfilled lady fingers. Fill with cheesecake mixture. Chill well. Top with canned pie filling (blueberry, cherry, etc.) lite or regular. Unmold to serve.
