PORK FRIED RICE 
1/2 to 3/4 lb. pork
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
4 mushrooms
2 eggs
1/2 onion
6 c. rice
3 to 4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil

Chop carrot, celery, mushroom and onion into diced pieces. Dice pork. Combine vegetables, pork and oil into heated wok 250 degrees. Cook until pork is browned (ten minutes). Add cooked rice and soy sauce and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add cooked egg before you serve it.
