SPICY PECAN PIE | |
3 eggs, beaten 1 c. light corn syrup 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 unbaked pastry shell 1/2 c. pecan halves Combine first 9 ingredients; beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour into pie shell arranging pecan halves on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
