1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
8 corn tortillas (6 inch)
1 jar (8 oz.) salsa
1 c. (4 oz.) Kraft shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with green pepper and onion; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, water, and dressing. Cook 5 minutes of medium heat. Arrange tortillas, overlapping on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Top with meat mixture and salsa.

Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking 5 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Top with lettuce, cilantro, and sour cream, if desired.
