TACO BAKE 
1 3/4 to 2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2/3 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. Dorito chips, crushed

MEAT FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 sm. can tomato sauce

In medium bowl add 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, onion and salt. Mix well. Add warm water and oil to mixture. Mix until smooth. Stir in chips and remaining flour to stiff batter.

Spread in well greased 10 inch pie pan. Flute around the edge of the crust. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Place filling in center. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
