SUN BURST SALAD 
Orange honey dressing
3 c. cooked rice, chilled
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 c. strawberries, cut in half
1 1/2 c. (15 1/4 oz. can) pineapple, drained
1/2 c. blueberries
Lettuce

Combine rice, almonds and 1/2 cup orange-honey dressing. Toss lightly, chill. Arrange rice and fruit on lettuce-lined platter. Serve with remaining dressing.
