APRICOT PINEAPPLE JAM 
1 lb. dried apricots
1 lg. can crushed pineapples with juices
Sugar to taste

Cover apricots with cold water. Let stand overnight. Cook in same water until soft. Drain, reserving the juice. Chop the fruit and add drained juice. Add pineapples with its juices. Put in sugar to taste. Cook until thick.
