RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran
1 c. melted butter
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. salt
2-3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. extra raisins (opt.)

Sift and mix dry ingredients; add milk, eggs and butter. Bake at 400 degrees in muffin pans for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 60 muffins. May be kept in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Make as needed.
