TEXAN CHEESE TORTE 
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. self rising flour
1/3 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. medium or sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Spray glass square dish (9 x 9) with Pam. Mix eggs and milk, then add flour, cheese, and chilies. Turn into greased dish. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares.
