ANNA'S CHEESE CAKE 
16 graham crackers, ground
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix crackers with butter. Line bottom of a torte pan.

Soften and beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Pour in torte pan. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1 hour or until it is set. Test with a knife. If it comes out clean, it is set.

Spread topping over cake CAREFULLY immediately.

TOPPING:

Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Bake cake 10 minutes more after topping is added. Refrigerate after it cools completely.
