CREAMY CHEESE TORTE 
CRUST:

20 single graham (or 1 c.) crackers with 1 tbsp. sugar

1 stick of butter, melted

Line bottom of pan.

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes. Put in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

Mix 1 pint of sour cream and 1 tablespoon sugar. Pour that on top and bake again at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool and enjoy! 8 servings.
