BLUEBERRY CHEESE TORTE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter

Combine all together and press into sides and bottom of a pan.

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened. Add 2 beaten eggs. Mix well and add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over crumb crust. Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

BLUEBERRY TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well and add:

2 tbsp. & 2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. blueberries

Cook until thick and pour over baked cheese mixture. Put in refrigerator and garnish with whip cream.
