GINGERED FRUIT 
20 oz. can chunked pineapple, drained
16 oz. can peaches, drained
16 oz. can pears, drained
6 oz. jar cherries, drained

Melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ground ginger. Pour over fruit. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Good with pork.
