GINGER FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 c. seedless red grapes
11 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained
8 oz. can pineapple chunks in own juice, undrained
1 pear, cored and cubed
3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 whole banana, sliced
1/2 c. Ginger Ale

In large bowl combine grapes, oranges, pineapple, pear, orange juice concentrate and ginger. Blend well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Just before serving add banana and Ginger ale. Stir gently and serve. 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
