SUMMER FRUIT COMPOTE | |
4 to 6 c. fresh fruits, cut into bite-size pieces (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, peaches, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, etc.) 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade or limeade concentrate Thaw, but do not dilute lemonade or limeade. Pour over cut up fruit. Cover and chill. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Keeps well for 3 to 4 days in refrigerator. |
