PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE | |
1 pkg. (4 oz. serving size) pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (no pudding) 1/2 tsp. almond extract 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. oil 7 drops green food coloring (optional) Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan 15 minutes. |
