CHOCOLATE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

In double boiler melt butter and chocolate. Add milk; add sugar and salt. Cook on low heat until thick. Add vanilla. May be stored in refrigerator and reheated.
