HOT SEAFOOD SALAD CASSEROLE | |
2 c. celery, sliced 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 med. green pepper, chopped 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, drained and flaked 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) shrimp, drained and cut up 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained 1 c. mayonnaise 4 eggs, hard cooked and sliced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bread crumbs; mix lightly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
