HOT SEAFOOD AVOCADO 
1 can shrimp, drained
1 can crab meat, drained
2 green onions, diced
1 stick celery, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
4 ripe avocados, do not peel

Mix ingredients together. Stuff halved avocados. Crush potato chips over mixture, covering avocado completely. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
