4 LAYER DELIGHT 
LAYER 1:

30 Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve 1/3 c. for layer 4)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Combine above and press in a 9 x 12 inch cake pan; then freeze.

LAYER 2:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar

1 c. Cool Whip

Spread on first layer. Put in refrigerator (not freezer).

LAYER 3:

2 pkgs. (sm.) instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix together for 3 minutes. Spread on top of 2nd layer.

LAYER 4:

1 c. Cool Whip

Spread on top of layer 3. Sprinkle 1/3 cup Oreo crumbs.
