TURKEY SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 lbs. ground turkey
2 lg. peppers, finely diced
2 med. onions, finely diced
2 qts. tomato sauce
3 cloves of garlic
Oregano
1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
1 pkg. mushrooms finely diced
1 c. A-1 steak sauce
16 oz. can peeled tomatoes
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
12 oz. Italian sweet turkey sausages (precooked)
2 lbs. thin spaghetti
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. olive oil

Brown ground turkey, bell peppers, onions. Drain. heat tomato sauce, stir, low. Add ground turkey to sauce. Add garlic, oregano, soy, mushrooms, steak sauce, peeled tomatoes to sauce. Season to taste with powders. To remove grease, boil turkey sausages for 15 minutes. Drain. Let cool, slice into chunks and add to sauce. Simmer covered for 1 and 1/2 hours. For thicker sauce, keep uncovered for last half hour. Cook spaghetti, drain. Run under cold water. Ladle sauce over spaghetti and serve. Serves 6.
