TURKEY BREAST FILLET WITH LEEK CREAM SAUCE | |
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. leeks 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. turkey breast fillet 1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken stock 1/2 to 1 c. sweet or sour cream 4 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. curry powder Cut turkey breast fillet into half inch strips and brown in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cut washed leek into rings, add, and cook briefly. Season with soy sauce and curry powder; then add chicken stock and let cook for another 5-10 minutes. Finally, add cream. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings. |
