CREAMED TURKEY ON TOAST -
THANKSGIVING LEFTOVER!

This was a childhood favorite of mine!

leftover turkey (from Thanksgiving)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (I prefer Campbell's)
1 or 2 slices of bread, toasted
salt and pepper (optional)

Prepare chicken soup as directed on can. You may want to use just a little less milk than normal.

While soup is cooking, toast bread in toaster.

Add leftover turkey to soup while soup is cooking. Take bread out of toaster and place on plate. Top toast with turkey/soup mixture and add salt and pepper as you like.

I also do this with leftover Rotisserie chicken, adding cooked diced green pepper & onion. Quick, tasty and great way to use any poultry leftover. As a matter of fact - this will be my dinner. Thanks for submitting! People do get lost in ways to use up leftovers.
