DILL BREAD 
2 pkg. yeast (dry, activated)
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. cottage cheese
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dry, minced onion
4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine with all other ingredients except flour, Add flour slowly until smooth. Let rise 1 hour or until double. Punch down and separate into 2 loaves, place in greased bread pans. Let rise 45 minutes more, then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
