DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast softened in 1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/3 stick butter
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. plain flour

Heat cottage cheese and butter to lukewarm. Combine all ingredients, except flour in large bowl. Mix. Add flour gradually to form stiff dough. Cover and let rise for 50-60 minutes or until double in bulk. Stir down and put into a greased bread pan. Let rise again until double in size. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown. Spread top with butter while hot.
