TAVERN BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute ground beef and onion. Add balance of ingredients and simmer about 20-25 minutes, stirring often. Serve on hamburger buns. May put cheese on top.
