TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced, cooked turkey
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Chow mein noodles

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into real mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Serves 6.
