TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced turkey (or chicken)
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
Chow Mein Noodles

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture. Put in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle generously with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
