TURKEY AND SHRIMP DIVAN
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. white wine
1 pkg. (6 3/4 oz.) precooked cocktail shrimp
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. thinly sliced fully cooked turkey breast
1 can (1 1/2 oz.) shoestring potatoes, divided
6 slices (3/4 oz. each) pasteurized processed American cheese

1. Remove outer wrapper from broccoli packages; place in oven. Microwave at high for 5-6 minutes, or until defrosted.

2. Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk and salt. Spread half of the mixture in the bottom of an 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Arrange broccoli in the dish. Top with shrimp and turkey. Place half the shoestring potatoes on top. Pour remaining soup mixture over the top. Cover with waxed paper.

3. Microwave at 70% for 8-11 minutes, or until heated through. Rotate the dish 1/2 way after half of the cooking time. Arrange cheese slices on top. Sprinkle with remaining shoestring potatoes. Microwave uncovered at high for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
