SWEET POTATO CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Mix and pour in casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter, soft, but not melted

Mix with fork, sprinkle over potatoes and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
