SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together while hot. Add topping. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter, add sugar, flour and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
